Leica 8x42 Ultravid BL Binocular (Black Leather) looks especially elegant and is reminiscent of the legendary binoculars and cameras which made Leica famous. The leather trim brings its weight to approx 700 grams (24.7 oz).

The 42 mm objective lens diameter, 8x magnification and a large field of view of 130 m allows this Ultravid Binocular for a great overview and steadiness of image. Housing manufactured completely out of magnesium and the articulated axle made of high-strength titanium guarantees a long service life and makes the extraordinary lightness of the Leica 8x42 Ultravid BL Binocular possible. The strength of these Ultravid BL Binoculars by Leica is due, in large part to their image quality. An innovative HighLux-System by Leica makes that possible.

All Leica Ultravid Binoculars are nitrogen filled and waterproof to a depth of 16.5 feet. They also have an extreme operating temperature range from -13 to +131 F. and are fog proof.
